About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Customer Operations Manager to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Customer Operations Managers to deliver exceptional results across a balanced scorecard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Operations Managers to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with project management and team leadership
