Teaching and Training Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Teaching and Training Manager to join our team at Novus. As a Vocational Curriculum Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing our curriculum area, contributing to improving standards of achievement for young people.
About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and learning. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a curriculum team, with a focus on continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a track record of effective teaching or training experience, as well as knowledge of curriculum development and subject specialism.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the curriculum area, working closely with colleagues to improve standards of achievement
- Lead and motivate a curriculum team, focusing on continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £38,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from an excellent package of benefits, including extensive annual leave, Monday to Friday working pattern, and access to our Evolve training programme.
