Haematology Quality Manager

We are looking for a Senior Biomedical Scientist to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across Haematology.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Blood Sciences, with strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. They will also have a good understanding of UKAS, Quality Management Systems, and Governance Requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across Haematology.
- Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and trend analyses.
- Prepare performance and compliance reports for governance boards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing training and fostering QMS engagement.
