Key Responsibilities:- Conducting haematological investigations and interpreting results
- Collaborating with medical teams to develop effective patient care plans
- Staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in haematology to ensure high-quality patient care
- Supporting the development of junior staff and contributing to the service's quality and safety initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in haematology and relevant medical qualifications. A proven track record of working effectively in a team, communicating complex information clearly, and adapting to changing priorities is also essential.
Salary RangeThis role offers a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
