Job Description

FinTech Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger processes efficiently and accurately.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Lead a team of Purchase Ledger Assistants, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful team performance.
  • Record and process invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor debit balances and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and complete month-end processes and routines, meeting strict deadlines.
  • Calculate and submit quarterly VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Forecast and manage Purchase Ledger cash requirements, ensuring adequate funding.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger focused roles, with experience in managing teams.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-volume workloads, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
