About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Case Manager to join our team at Stellar Select. As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of mortgage cases and providing administrative support to our underwriters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all mortgage conditions are met before cases are completed.
  • Create digital application files and collect, scan, and store necessary documentation correctly.
  • Quality assurance-check cases as experience increases.
  • Act as a point of contact for incoming calls to the team's main group telephone number.
  • Hold a GCSE in English and Maths.
