About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our mortgage lending division, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of 1st and 2nd charge cases after a mortgage offer has been issued.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Ensuring that all mortgage conditions are satisfied before cases are completed.
  • Creating digital application files and collecting, scanning, and storing necessary documentation correctly.
  • Providing administrative support to underwriters and QA-checking cases as experience increases.
  • Serving as a point of contact for incoming calls to the team's main group telephone number.
