About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our mortgage lending division, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of 1st and 2nd charge cases after a mortgage offer has been issued.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all mortgage conditions are satisfied before cases are completed, creating digital application files, and collecting and storing necessary documentation correctly.

As you gain experience, you will also be responsible for QA-checking cases and providing administrative support to our underwriters.

You will be the point of contact for incoming calls to our team's main group telephone number, and you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient case management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a pipeline of 1st and 2nd charge cases after a mortgage offer has been issued.
  • Ensure that all mortgage conditions are satisfied before cases are completed.
  • Create digital application files and collect and store necessary documentation correctly.
  • QA-check cases and provide administrative support to underwriters.
  • Be the point of contact for incoming calls to our team's main group telephone number.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • GCSE English & Maths.
