We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Case Manager to join our team at Stellar Select Limited. As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of 1st and 2nd charge cases after a mortgage offer has been issued and providing administrative support to the underwriters across our mortgage lending division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all mortgage conditions are satisfied before cases are completed.
  • Create a digital application file and ensure all necessary documentation is collected, scanned, and stored correctly.
  • As experience increases, the trainee underwriter's cases will need to be QA-checked by another member of the team.
  • A point of contact for incoming calls to the team's main group telephone number.
  • GCSE English & Maths.
