About the Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to undertake home visits to support disabled individuals in the Uttlesford area.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide emotional support and assistance with completing disability benefit forms. Travel expenses will be reimbursed, and each visit typically takes 2-3 hours.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Undertake regular home visits to assist clients with disability benefit forms.
  2. Support clients in understanding and claiming relevant benefits.
  3. Develop strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  4. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
