Job Title: Qualified Social Worker for Looked After Children

About the Role:

The Looked After Children Team is responsible for delivering high-quality social work services to children and young people in care. As a social worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and developmental needs of these children are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
  • Support placement stability, educational achievements, and emotional resilience.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of children and young people.
