We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Specialist to join our team at Rehability UK. As a Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to adults with complex needs, including Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability, and Mental Health issues.

About the Role

  • Provide individualized support to service users, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as cooking and cleaning, as needed.

Requirements

  • Prior experience supporting individuals with Mental Health issues.
  • Full UK Driving license preferred due to location.
