Care Support Specialist

Your role will be to assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care. You'll recognize and meet the specific needs of residents, supporting them with companionship, personal care, and daily living activities. As part of our team, you'll work closely with our nurses and senior care assistants to monitor residents' progress and report any changes. Your excellent communication skills will also ensure seamless collaboration with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.

You'll receive a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, plus a 10% uplift for 8-hour night shifts. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, recognizing and meeting their individual needs.
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

  • Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals.
