We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our dynamic team at Voyage Care.

As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals we support, helping them gain more independence in their daily lives.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for caring and be able to work effectively within a team to provide high-quality support. You will also possess a Full UK Driving Licence, allowing you to drive company vehicles when necessary.

This position involves working on a rota Monday to Sunday, with shifts starting from 8am to 20:30. You will be rewarded for your dedication with enhanced evening and weekend pay, premium overtime rates, and access to various benefits such as Wagestream, Blue Light Card, and cash plans.

Your primary focus will be on providing personalized care and support, making every day unique and enjoyable for those in your care. You will be part of a welcoming and friendly residential service near Stroud, where no two days are ever the same.
