Project Cost Control Specialist
SRG is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team as a Project Cost Control Specialist in Co Antrim.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in managing project costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs, including accurate preparation of costing & accounts.
- Perform general surveying duties, including management of contracts commercially.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Previous experience dealing commercially with both sub-contractors and clients.
- Experience of current and forecast commercial reporting.
Working Hours and Salary: Monday to Friday, Up to circa £55,000 per annum.
