- Site Management: Manage on-site programme updates, including programme controls, project costs, and risk analysis.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyors to advise on critical changes to priorities and required adjustments to maintain targets.
- Claims Preparation: Assist the QS in preparing claim information in the event of delays and variations.
- Tender Support: Assist the estimating team in preparing programmes within tender documents and resource allocation.
