Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Behaviour Specialist Teacher to join our team at a Pupil Referral Unit in High Wycombe.
As a Behaviour Specialist Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching students across various subjects in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teach students across key stages 3 and 4
* Develop and implement behaviour support plans
* Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure student progress
Requirements:
* Qualified teacher with QTS/PGCE/SCITT/Schools Direct
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to model unconditional positive regard
