About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and engaging Behaviour Specialist Teacher to join our team at a KS3-4 Pupil Referral Unit in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a variety of subjects to students in a safe and nurturing environment, enabling them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching a range of subjects to students in KS3-4
- Developing and implementing lesson plans to meet the needs of students
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure effective student support
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience of working with students with challenging behaviour
- Ability to model unconditional positive regard to all students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
