About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our Early Intervention Community Teams based within various locations. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting and coaching Social Care workers within your cluster/team to be the best in class.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate social work practices across busy Multi-Disciplinary Teams
  • Support and coach Social Care workers to improve performance, quality of practice, and deliver improved outcomes
  • Empower team members through coaching, mentoring, and training programs

  • A competitive salary of £41,511-£49,764 (Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation)
