About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Disability Specialist to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and assessment skills.

The successful candidate will conduct daily assessments, prepare detailed reports, and provide support to claimants with mental health conditions.

As a Disability Specialist, you will work closely with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure that clients receive the best possible care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of claimants' mental health conditions
  • Preparing comprehensive reports outlining the impact of these conditions on daily life and ability to perform activities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12 months post-qualification as a nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or paramedic
  • Active NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions
  • Right to work in the UK
  • No prior experience needed; full training programme provided
