- Work closely with the Engineer Supervisor to manage subcontractors and ensure contract compliance.
- Manage Requests for Information and extension of time processes, ensuring accurate recording and client approval.
- Interpret and analyze data to meet management and client needs.
- Assist with the development of the weekly newsletter and ensure works are booked in with buildings through calendar invites.
- Operate with safe working practices, adhering to Health and Safety regulations, COSHH, and waste disposal policies.
- Monitor and log accidents and incidents as necessary.
- Contribute to the efficient and effective working of the Facilities Management function.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of databases, word processing, and the internet.
- Flexible approach to work and time commitment.
- File management and administrative skills.
