About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at esure. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office space in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to our colleagues, including welcoming visitors, arranging catering services, and assisting with inductions.
- Manage front-of-house duties, including dealing with customers, contractors, and mail.
- Coordinate desk booking, meeting room management, and landlord agent liaison.
- Ensure the office is a safe and welcoming space, including coordinating first aid, DSE, and fire safety support.
- Order stationery, equipment, and furniture, and coordinate related services and repairs.
- Regularly visit the Meridian office to check security and condition.
Requirements
- Experience in a facilities environment, including managing external suppliers and purchasing.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to identify problems and implement solutions from a facilities perspective.
- Strong attention to detail and good administration skills.
