About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at esure. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office space in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to our colleagues, including welcoming visitors, arranging catering services, and assisting with inductions.
  • Manage front-of-house duties, including dealing with customers, contractors, and mail.
  • Coordinate desk booking, meeting room management, and landlord agent liaison.
  • Ensure the office is a safe and welcoming space, including coordinating first aid, DSE, and fire safety support.
  • Order stationery, equipment, and furniture, and coordinate related services and repairs.
  • Regularly visit the Meridian office to check security and condition.

Requirements

  • Experience in a facilities environment, including managing external suppliers and purchasing.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify problems and implement solutions from a facilities perspective.
  • Strong attention to detail and good administration skills.
