Care Home Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. Based in Leyland, Lancashire, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our care home.
With a salary of £27,495 per annum, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with complex needs. As a leader and manager, your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality person-centered support and care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided.
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential care setting.
- Current knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
