The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Care Assistant to join our team at Marsh House. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will provide a range of personal and practical care to our residents, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and emotional support.">
  • You will work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care and support.">
  • You will demonstrate compassion, empathy, and understanding when interacting with residents, relatives, and colleagues.">
  • You will be self-motivated, resilient, and well-organized, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of our residents and the Home.">

  • A competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience).">
