Dalesview Partnership is seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our Residential Care Team as a Care Support Specialist in Clayton-Le-Woods and Leyland. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of adults with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities.

About the Role:

  • Salary: £12.90 per hour on a waking watch contract
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
  • Location: Clayton-Le-Woods and Leyland

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide person-centred care and support to residents with complex needs
  2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans and risk assessments
  4. Participate in general housekeeping and cooking duties

Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexibly and provide support on a waking watch basis
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
