Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities to improve our food service and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Team Management: Create a positive kitchen environment where your team feels welcomed and supported.
  • Food Delivery: Deliver our tasty food concepts to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Inventory Management: Order food, manage stock control, and control food waste to minimize costs.
  • Hygiene and Safety: Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and successfully meet financial targets.
  • Compliance: Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and regulations.
  • Passion for Food: Be passionate about food and committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
