Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
  • Develop and implement menus that meet company specifications and drive food quality and profitability
  • Manage food gross profit within budget and set tolerances
  • Ensure all dishes meet company specifications and the kitchen is in a 5* condition

Requirements:

  • Culinary experience in quality-orientated, high-volume restaurants/hotels/cruise ships
  • Ability to read, interpret, demonstrate, and execute all basic meat, fish, sauce, and side dishes provided by their supervisor
  • Proven ability to manage food gross profit within budget and set tolerances
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Assertive management style
