Job Title: Co-ordinator for Community Inclusion Programmes

Concept Resourcing is a leading provider of recruitment services, and we are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Co-ordinator for Community Inclusion Programmes. This position will be based at one of our core locations in Newport, Titchfield or Darlington, with 40% of the working week required on-site.

We operate a hybrid working model that allows flexibility while also promoting collaboration and team cohesion. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community inclusion programmes to support refugee integration
  • Coordinate with local stakeholders to promote cultural awareness and exchange
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve programme objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., community development, social work)
  • Proven experience in project coordination and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
