Job Description

Sanctuary Group is recruiting a Health and Social Care Lead to manage our Physical Disabilities Service at Clover Court, Lowestoft. The successful candidate will lead the overall delivery of the service, develop and maintain relationships with partners, and oversee the financial performance and budget management. We require a skilled professional with experience in managing a team, overseeing staff performance and development, and promoting health and safety in the workplace.
