About the Job:

As a Disability Care Team Lead, you will play a vital role in leading our Physical Disabilities Service at Clover Court in Lowestoft. Your responsibility will include managing a team of staff, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and overseeing the financial performance of the service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of the service through effective team management and liaison with the Area Service Manager
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and external agencies
  • Manage staff recruitment, performance, and development, providing opportunities for growth and learning
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment
  • Adapt to changing circumstances, working flexibly as needed
What You Need:
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a similar service, preferably in a CQC regulated environment
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Calm under pressure, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently, making informed decisions

Location and Working Hours:

Clover Court, Lowestoft, NR32 1RB - 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing service needs

Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
