Job SummaryWe are seeking a Care Support Specialist to join our team on a bank basis. This is a flexible role that offers true variety and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Support residents with their daily needs, including personal care and activities
- Follow care plans to ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care
- Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to provide comprehensive support
- Experience of caring for older people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and empathetic approach
- Competitive hourly rate (£10.50-£11.50 per hour)
