Senior Product Manager

At BlueOptima, we're looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to drive the development and execution of our product vision and strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing team and shape the future of our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Owning and defining product roadmaps, backlogs, and success metrics to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  3. Leading cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver product features, leveraging market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
  4. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify market opportunities, user requirements, and business cases to drive commercial success.
  5. Embracing a user-centric approach, conducting user research, and translating insights into actionable product improvements.
  6. Identifying problems, analyzing root causes, and developing creative solutions to drive commercial success and product delivery.
  7. Gathering, analyzing, and using data to drive product decisions, considering risks and weighing various options and metrics.
  8. Staying ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and shifting user expectations to adjust product strategies and plans accordingly.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience in product management within a scaling SaaS organization, leading end-to-end product delivery of small to medium and complex features.
  2. Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies, driving commercial success, and delivering desired impact.
  3. Demonstrable experience in driving product vision and strategy, with a strong understanding of software development best practices and SDLC.
  4. Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with the ability to work collaboratively in a result-oriented way.
  5. Experience working with internal and external senior stakeholders, and with cross-functional teams.
  6. Built prioritization frameworks and roadmaps, with experience in product development lifecycle, product scoping, requirement gathering, backlog management, and execution.
  7. Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
  8. Proven experience in launching new products, with a strong understanding of KPIs and metrics to measure success.
Good to Have:
  1. Experience working with large complex datasets and generating actionable insights.
  2. Experience leading software engineering teams or product teams.
  3. Good technical understanding of product analytics, JIRA, and Figma.
