Job Overview

This role involves handling a wide range of telephone inquiries from customers in an effective and courteous manner. The successful candidate will professionally communicate with customers to provide information about their accounts, resolve issues, and promote Canadian Tire Services Limited's financial products and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be fluent in both English and French, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be required to work evenings and weekends, including every other Sunday.
