About the Role

Bespak is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) that offers development and manufacturing solutions for various medical products. We are seeking an Improvement and Reliability Engineer to join our team at the Holmes Chapel site.

**Salary:** £53,000 - £63,000 per annum, plus a discretionary annual bonus.

**Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled engineer to drive improvement in production system reliability and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing environments, with a strong background in chemical or mechanical engineering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing equipment performance, troubleshooting failures, and developing maintenance strategies to minimize downtime. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

The role involves:

  1. Analyse equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot equipment failures.
  3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
  4. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  5. Manage reliability improvement projects from start to finish.
