Job Title: Reliability and Efficiency Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability and Efficiency Specialist to join our team at Bespak. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for analyzing equipment performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes

Requirements:

  • Qualified in Chemical/Mechanical/Process Engineering, or related field
  • Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Predictive maintenance experience (a plus)
  • Knowledge of CMMS and reliability software
  • Experience of lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies
