We are seeking a skilled Transportation Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Crewe, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods to customers, adhering to delivery schedules, and maintaining excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and deliver goods to customers across various locations, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  • Load and unload goods, handling items with care and attention to detail.
  • Follow delivery routes and time schedules accurately, minimizing delays and disruptions.
  • Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition, performing routine checks and maintenance as needed.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Complete delivery records and paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher).
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliveries.
  • Good communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on providing excellent service and resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to handle and lift heavy items, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of customers and the business.
