Trains Maintenance Expert

At London and North Western Railway Company Limited, we are looking for a highly skilled Trains Maintenance Expert to join our team on a permanent contract. This role offers an estimated annual salary of £21,099.95, which will increase upon completion of training.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for the maintenance of trains, including fuelling, toilet water tank filling, wholesome water tank filling, and topping up of other onboard systems. You will also be required to carry out activities as per documented Vehicle Maintenance Instructions and cover for the Operations Controller as needed.
To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of relevant health and safety and environmental standards, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in rail vehicle maintenance activities is highly desirable, and NVQ Level 2 in Engineering would be a significant advantage.
