Strategic Business Systems Upgrade Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract to support a key system upgrade project. This role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and our third-party implementation partner to ensure the successful upgrade of an existing system to its latest version.

In this role, you will conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes and where areas will not upgrade cleanly manage process reengineering. As an experienced Business Analyst, you'll bring a winning combination of analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and a passion for driving transformational change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and documenting business requirements, particularly in system upgrade or migration projects.
  • Providing analytical and problem-solving skills to break down complex business problems, analyse data, and provide practical solutions.
  • Assessing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
