Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our Technical Services team as part of a new Defence contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational delivery of M&E/Fabric and Hard services works across numerous sites in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall performance of our sub-contracted delivery to ensure service delivery to the highest standards are maintained across the bases.
  • Continually review operating performances to ensure efficiency and first-time fix ratio is maximised.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Compliance (SFG20) legislation.
  • Manage performance using CAFM system and SLA's/KPI's.

Requirements

  • Experience of managing a large regional area with multiple sites.
  • Military / Defence exposure preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical knowledge/background and IOSH Trained.
  • Must have worked in the UK for the last 5 years (clearance requirement).
