About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and reliable Home Delivery Driver to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our delivery team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their shopping on time and in great condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer shopping to their doorstep, providing a friendly and professional service
  • Manage and maintain a safe and efficient delivery route, adhering to Sainsbury's standards
  • Handle customer queries and concerns in a courteous and timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve delivery targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • 12 months' driving experience
  • Ability to lift and move online containers of up to 15kg
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
