Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our Technical Services team as part of a new Defence contract covering a London portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational delivery of M&E/Fabric and Hard services works across numerous sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall performance of our sub-contracted delivery to ensure service delivery to the highest standards are maintained across the bases.
  • Continually review operating performances to ensure efficiency and first-time fix ratio is maximised.
  • Manage multi-discipline facilities management and grow and develop relationships with the client.

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing a large regional area with multiple sites.
  • Military/Defence exposure would be preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of managing performance (SLA's/KPI's) using CAFM system.
  • Solid knowledge of Health & Safety and Compliance (SFG20) legislation.
  • Technical knowledge/background + IOSH Trained.
  • Must have worked in the UK for the last 5 years (clearance requirement).
