  • We are seeking a dedicated Child Development Assistant to join our team at our nursery in Horley.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality childcare services aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Support children's growth and development through engaging activities and creative play.
  • Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and milestones.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NNEB) (required).
  • NVQ Level 2 applicants will be considered, ideally with experience in caring for babies or toddlers.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a nursery or childcare setting (required).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am-6:00pm (with a 1-hour lunch break). Part-time applicants can choose to work 1-4 days per week.

Salary: Approximately £29,250 per year, reflecting the company's commitment to competitive remuneration.
