The estimated salary for this role is £19,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.

A teaching assistant will play a vital role in supporting students aged 4-11 in their social, emotional, and academic growth, collaborating with teachers and providing regular progress updates. They will also engage with parents and caregivers to monitor student development and contribute to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, a genuine passion for education, and excellent classroom management skills. A Grade C or above (or equivalent) in GCSE Maths and English is required. An enhanced child DBS check is also necessary.
