We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Specialist - Weekends to join our team at Wolverine Worldwide. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth on weekends.

Job Description:
  • From the moment they enter the store to when they leave, you will be responsible for making sure our customers have an exceptional experience. Whether that's helping them pick a new pair of shoes or helping them style an outfit, your core responsibility is to ensure our consumers enjoy their time with us in store.
Requirements:
  • Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Store Standards - maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
