Senior Sales Development Manager for Event Sponsorships

We are seeking a skilled Sponsorship Sales Manager to drive sales growth and launch new events across various industry sectors.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering remote working with travel to events and client meetings. The role offers a competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 plus uncapped commission.
About the Role:You will be responsible for developing and selling sponsorship packages to clients in the manufacturing, construction, supply-chain management, and energy sectors.
Leveraging our established readership and client relationships, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our new product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive new business and consistently exceed sales targets
- Develop effective sales strategies and adapt to market trends
- Negotiate and optimize package deals with clients
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Use CRM systems (e.g., Notion) to track performance and improve sales outcomes
- Proven track record of driving new business and exceeding sales targets in the manufacturing, construction, or energy sectors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for active listening and addressing client needs
