Job ProfileJob Title: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

The Key Responsibilities- Lead individual account portfolios to meet company goals, customer needs, and personal growth targets.
- Strategically manage relationships across multiple levels to achieve key commercial objectives within specified customers and overall business plan.
- Establish and manage customer contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Cooperate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Technical & Product Development) to drive business results.
- Collaborate in Supply Chain Planning to ensure forecast accuracy matches account goals and develop necessary adjustments.
- Create detailed customer account strategies to exceed budget projections.
- Supply regular sales forecasts and strategic plans to bridge any gaps.
- Prior experience in FMC food and beverage industry is desirable.
- At least 2 years of Account Management experience.
- Proven ability to control finances and understand market trends.
- A forward-thinking attitude and creativity.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building lasting connections.
The estimated salary range is £50,000-£70,000 annually, based on the position's requirements and global operations.
