About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Compliance to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing our compliance framework, policies, and procedures to ensure we meet our regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our compliance framework, ensuring it is aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic guidance on compliance matters, including risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Lead the Compliance team in monitoring and reporting on compliance activities, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement business strategies that align with our compliance framework.
  • Ensure effective communication and engagement with stakeholders, including the Board, senior management, and employees.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FCA rules and guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
