Customer Success Executive Opportunity

CCP is excited to partner with a leading, award-winning company to support their sales and customer service operation in Stoke. As a Customer Success Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with warm customers via inbound and outbound communications to deliver a first-class customer experience.
  • Convert warm leads into sales through education and support via telephone, email, and live chat.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to achieve business objectives.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary ranging from £23,000 to £26,000 depending on experience.
  • A realistic OTE of £30,000 to £33,200.
  • A dynamic and fast-paced work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
