We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to lead our catering team at Thomas Franks Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional hospitality services to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of catering professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Service Delivery: Manage the day-to-day operations of our catering services, including breakfast, lunch, supper, and hospitality.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure that all food safety and hygiene policies and procedures are adhered to, and that all team members are aware of their responsibilities in this area.
- Health and Safety: Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, and ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities in this area.
- Experience: Previous experience of working in a catering environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to clients and customers.
- Teamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Reliable and honest, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
