Outreach Learning Assistant

Job Description:
This Outreach Learning Assistant position requires a passionate and dedicated individual to provide essential support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) outside the traditional classroom setting. As an Outreach Learning Assistant, you will travel to various locations within Plymouth and surrounding areas to work with students in their homes or community settings.
Responsibilities:- Adapt activities and resources to meet the individual needs of children with SEN, promoting social, emotional, and academic development.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, therapists, and family members to create an inclusive learning environment for every child.
- Keep accurate progress records and communicate effectively with parents, carers, and school staff.
- Ensure all interactions are conducted in a professional and respectful manner.
Estimated Salary Range: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
